| Delivery: |
|
| It is important to know that after placing an order, in the case of deliveries to certain destinations such as Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, carriers charge an extra delivery fee. Should this be the case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible after the order has been placed. In the case that the customer refuses to pay this extra charge, the order can be cancelled. |

| Pre-arranged deliveries are subject to a redelivery charge in case the customer will not be available to take delivery on the arranged day. |
|
| By law the drivers are only insured to deliver kerbside and will not take the flooring inside the property. |
|
| Cancellations / Returns Policy: |
|
| There is a 7 days term to return the goods to us. Please note that before returning them you must request a returns number from us to write on your boxes. Only based on that returns number we will be able to make refunds. Returns of partial orders are not permitted. Customers need to arrange for the goods to be sent back at their own expense and need to make sure the goods will not arrive damaged and in a resalable condition. We allow for one pack only to be unwrapped gently from one side without destroying all plastic sealing in order for the customer to check the pattern of the planks and help decide in keeping the order. We request the goods to be returned back to us within 7 days if decided not to keep the order. |

| Damaged Goods: |
|
| If goods arrive damaged then they must be signed for as damaged on the courier paper. The delivery must be checked against any damages pack by pack and the number of packs on the order must also be counted and missing packs have to be noted on the courier paper. Packs must be free of any damages and scratches. Unlike other goods our flooring can be checked at the time of delivery as it comes in packs on a pallet where the customer is allowed to unwrap the packaging of the pallet and take pack by pack into premises. We require our customers to follow this procedure at all times regardless of driver’s advice or any other circumstances. We also require customers to report back to us (usually within 24 hours but no longer than 3 calendar days) deliveries which have been signed for as damaged or where missing packs have been noted using our contact us web page or by calling our main line and selecting option 1 and we will replace these as soon as possible. |

| Manufacturing faults claims: |
|
| All manufacturing faults are subject to an independent inspection at the site where flooring has been installed. Identified planks with manufacturing faults must not be included in the installation. These planks must be stored safely to remain free of any damages until the inspection takes place. False claims of manufacturing faults will be subject to a charge equalling the charge of the inspection company. |

| We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures of both damaged goods and manufacturing faults. |
|
| Other information: |
|
| Customers should not book any fitting service before having the goods delivered. We cannot guarantee deliveries because of stock levels and situations when the courier is not able to deliver. |
|
| Customers are advised to use an experienced fitter to install our flooring. On contrary apart from fully complying with the manufacturer installation instructions the customer must be able to assess the subfloor area and levels of humidity in order not to affect the warranty of the product. |
|
| Customized products like vinyl flooring or carpets being cut from a roll to fit your specific room sizes are not returnable within 7 days under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. |
|
| We only sell accessories together with the flooring and these have to be proportional with the quantity of flooring ordered. |
|
| The large pictures (the room set) on the product pages are used for illustration purposes only and customers must only consider the scans of the samples before buying. Also customers are advised to request a sample in the post or visit a showroom to see the product because computers monitor colours can vary dramatically and so the online scan of the sample may look different to the flooring received. |

| We strongly recommend customers to get enough information on a product before buying it.
