| It is important to know that after placing an order, in the case of deliveries to certain destinations such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands, carriers charge an extra delivery fee. Should this be the case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible after the order has been placed. In the case that the customer refuses to pay this extra charge, the order can be cancelled. |

| Returns Policy: |

| There is a 7 days term to return the goods to us. Please note that you must send an email to our support team and ask for a returns number before to write on your boxes. Only based on that returns number and after checking the goods we will be able to make refunds. All goods must be received in same condition as original and in the same protective original packaging. All cancellations are subject to 15-25% charge of the initial order to cover our, distributor or manufacturer restocking costs and other costs that occur. We place the order with distributors almost instantly to speed up deliveries. Some of our distributors charge 40% when cancellations require pick up and restocking and we strongly recommend to get enough information on a product before buying so this charge will not be passed on to you. |

| All goods must be checked when received. If they arrive damaged the customer must sign for them as damaged. The person receiving them must check the delivery pack by pack. If a pallet has been sent all packs on the pallet must be checked. Claims after 24 hours that goods arrived damaged cannot be made as the carrier will not accept any claims after these 24 hours. |
